How to Defeat a BULLY!
If you think you are the victim of a bully here's what you can
do. If you are at school, then you must tell someone older like
an adult. Sometimes it's hard to talk about serious things with
adults, but they can help you cope with the bullying. Tell an
adult that you trust and can talk to- your parents, your
teacher, your school counselor, or even your coach. If you've told a
grown-up before and they haven't done anything then tell someone else or even
get another person- like a friend or a brother or a sister. Having someone else
who supports you can make it less scary when talking to another grown-up.
Tell the adult exactly what happened-who did the bullying, where and when it
happened, how long it's been happening, how it's making you feel and any
other information you might feel is needed. If you talk with an adult
at your school, ask them what they will do to help stop the bullying. It is
their job to protect you and keep you safe from harm. Most adults really
care about you and your feelings and will do everything they can to prevent
you from being bullied.
